Should you wish to return or exchange any item, please ensure that the garments are in their original state and packaging. For goods not returned in the original packaging a 10% handling fee will be charged. Please also ensure that they have not been worn or altered in any way. Please inspect garments before sending for embroidery or any outwork, as we will not accept returns of garments that have been branded. Any returns and exchanges need to be done within 30 days of purchase.
For any returns or exchanges after the 30-day period, a 10% handling fee will be charged. Please ensure the original invoice is included with the return. Please contact our friendly sales coordinators at any of our branches if you have any return queries. We reserve the right to decline a return should it not meet our requirements.
